i saw allot of questions conserning skorms bow so i thought i might make a How to for obtaining it

CHAPPEL OF SKORM:
Where: Darkwood camp
What to get: -10 Years Of aging
Necromancer Title
Skorm Bow

SKORMS BOW
Description: Fabled weapon of the Overberg, this Longbow carries dark and terrible secrets that seem to propel arrows with a unique power.

Obtained:
- Darkwood Chapel of Skorm: reward from Skorm for providing lots of sacrifices

How to obtain...

First u need to go to twinblades elite camp..
recruit all the bandits there to ur party with the follow exspression
some may be sleeping or drunk just recruit as many as possible
then leave the elite camp and go to the normal camp.
Where you will find 3 traders and a mercanary Recruit the mercanary to
then make urself up for a nice long hike to Chappel of skorm

When entering oakvale it would be nice having assasin rush and the slow time spell.
This becouse some of the gaurds will attack the bandits and this will shurely make some casualtys..
when entering barrow fields it will be okay for the rest of the hike
Becouse most of the elite bandits will B able to match up against the balvarine and the hobbes you will encounter

When reaching the temple of skorm make shure it is midnight..
If not depends on the time eat a moonfish to make it midnight if the night almost passed use a golden carrot first to create a nice sunday morning and then create a nice midnight By eating a moonfish..

Start sacraficing..
When the dark apprentice kinda guy reply's on ur sacrafice saying:
"Ur donation is most generous you will be rewarded in the purest of evil"
you know u obtained something..
you will first get the age reducing skill
Then you will get Skorms Bow
and last but not least the necromancer titel

Hints

1.having a Healing spell in stock deu this process would help out very much
Becouse then ull B able to heal the bandits before sacreficing them..
A donation at midnight and full health works the best

2. Some bandit are stronger then other bandits mostly the strongest will make u obtain a skill from the chappel..

3. U may have to repeat this process again when not worked at first
(this becouse the bandits where not strong enough)

4. Make shure the bandits recruited (and the mercanary) are ELITE ONE'S
ELSE IT WONT WORK

5. When ur at a good allignment the bandits will tell u they have other things to do..When good try this process with some guild apprentices ( espacially Hooded woman apprentices and some mercanarys )

Very helpful indeed, nice to have the info all in one place and very clear.

On most threads they only tell you how they did it with minimal sacrifice, so when it doesn't work people go mad because it seems you got to do it with one kill. It was never made clear before the sacrifices were of a total overall so even if you don't get the bow on your first go you can keep killing until you do.

Edit::: I will say its unclear why it wont work if your evil is maxed out.....Go to temple of Avo and donate to clear up some space in your evil bar before collecting all your sacrifices, otherwise when you arrive with your hoard of bandits you wont/cant receive evil points.

dos this work in the normal fable

In Fable: The Lost Chapters for the PC, I know for sure that you do not need that rabble of bandits from Twinblade's Camp to satisfy Skorm. Just recruit the mercenary in that camp and take him over to Skorm's temple. If it doesn't work the first time, wait two game days and repeat. Skorm also likes that mercenary from the Bowerstone South tavern. He wants evil guys, and those are as evil as can be.

First sacrifice, I got the bow.

Donated a bit of money at the Temple of Avo, then grabbed the good elite bandit. I headed to the Temple of Skorm, waited until one tiny turn from midnight, then sacrificed him.

Perhaps me wearing the full light casters robes influenced it.

Moonfish...

You can obtain moonfish at various points during the game. They are often found in crates. But another way to get them is just to go fishing. They often turn up.

Thanks dude ! Works great ! I have read lots and lots of stuff (sometimes clearly absurd) about how to get Skorm's Bow, and especially the Necromancer title (I don't care about ranged weapons as I'm a powerful black mage, although this bow is really awesome!), but nothing worked ; and finally, following your advises, I manage to get both !

Here is how I did :
I gave some money to Avo in order to become a little less evil, I wore the Dark Will User Robes, went to Twinblades' elite camp, ordered a maximum number of bandits (elite ones) to follow me (and I also hired the mercenary who was in the camp) and lead all that people to the Chapel of Skorm through Oakvale and Barrow Fields (using Slow Time) and offered them in sacrifice at about midnight : I did get the bow at the third sacrifice and the title at about the fifteenth !!! (I formerly had the Youth Gift from the Temple of Avo).

Thanks, worked very well.I got the bow on the first sacrifice. This actually also solved the problem outlined in my own thread, which is quite strange.

Bow missing

I took 10 people from the guild to the chapel, I received the title so I figured I must have the bow already but I can't find it. Is it possible that you can get the bow last or is my game glitching?

JUST DO THE MOST EVIL THING YOU CAN THINK OF.BRING A FEMALE FROM THE GUILD TO THE CHAPLE OF SKORM AND MAKE HER FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU GIVE HER A WEDING RING SHE WILL THEN TELL YOU YOU NEED TO GET A HOUSE(BECAUSE YOU DO HAVE ONE IN THE AREA)ASK HER TO FALLOW YOU AND SACRIFICE HER I GOT SKORMS BOW THIS WAY FIRST TRY WITH 973 EVIL POINTS
