Any offical info on Strauss?

I wasn't sure if he was Official personality of VtM or a Bloodlines creation.
I was kinda of intrested in his personal stats, especially since he is refered to as the True King on his Throne by the Malk, and mentions his Lord as if they are in direct contact and they seem to be talking about you if you are a Tremere, maybe it's just intended as a Blood connection?
If he is official would/could someone post his stats?
Especially his possible Generation and I am guessing here but wouldn't his Lord be a Generation or two above or does the Tremere Blood work differently in that reguard, also?

Never heard of him outside of VTM. I think the Malkavian "True King" referal is made because he is older and wiser then Lacroix. Which doesn't say much, cause Lacrois is neither old nor wise.
Strauss "Lord" would be a member of the Tremere's Council of Seven, these very old and powerful Tremere are kind of their adminsitration and include a few of Tremere's own childe. A Lord isn't a Sire though.
A head of a chantry in the US may usually be between 7th to 9th generation. Considered that LA and California is kind of a battleground for Camarilla, Sabbat, Anarchists and Kuei Jin, he may be of 7th or 8th generation.

Ahh, thanks.
It seemed as if to impliy that Strauss was the real Camarilla Leader but as the Malk puts, refering to LaCroix as "The Jester that dances before, Strauss".
Plus, if you side with the Camarilla, he clearly had the power to order the Sarcophagus into perment storage, plus he seems to have Obfuscate (group) as a power ae well.
On this Council of Seven, would this include Etrius (spelling), wasn't he one of the Orginal Tremere, we of the PC games met in Redemption?

Yep...Ertrius is one of the Council of Seven. He is Tremere's nominal childe ( they became vampires by using a magical elixir of kainite blood, not by embrace ) and therefor of 4th generation.
Well, you could say Strauss is the nominal leader, cause Lacroix just cares for himself and not the Camarilla.
