And at 10lvl he recive only 4hit points
at 11lvl only 1hp
54+4+(1*7)= 65 hp???it is MAX???

Pretty close, though casting a familiar gets you additional 12 hp's (or something like that)
... this message is based entirely on assumption ...

Considering that the mage in question could be hit square in the head with a twohanded sword with maybe a slight scar as only lengterm effect I consider that pretty impressive.

Mages max hitpoints at 10th with 16 Con would be 60...and 1 per level after 10th.
So 61 max at level 11.

Sorry, your calculations are correct. You can add at most 12 HP when getting a familiar. Also, Tenser's Transformation doubles mage's HP (but you cannot cast spells while transformed).
As far the HP limit is concerned, 250 HP seems to be the limit. My fighter/mage has 130 HP. When he casts Tenser's Transformation, he gets 250 HP instead of 260 HP.

And what about my Archer's HP??
At lvl9 I have 153hp(10+7*9=153)
and at lvl10 I have only 156(+3)
Now I am at lvl10 with 156hp is it correct?
at lvl11 I will recive 1hp??
And (10+7)*9+3+1*7=163hp IS IT MAX??

??? 153 HP at lvl 9? Where do you get CON 24 or better?
Again strange! As an Archer, you should get 3 HP at levels 10 and higher.

NOTE: Warriors: after 9th level only get +3HP/level
Clerics/Druids and Thieves/Bards after 9th level only get +2HP/level
Wizards after 10th level only get +1HP/level
