Ok I've seen posts about her revenge quest.....but what I'm wanting to know is I let her kill Xor and was as mean and corrupt as I could be but she was still lightside and fought against me at the Star Forge temple....Is there any way I can make her evil and not turn against me at the Star Forge or at least Darkside?

Nope. This game doesn't allow you to influence people to any alignment you want. Your party member's alignment is set and cannot be adjusted. Spoilers, please highlight:

Also, the part where Juhani turns against you is part of the storyline so you can't anything but fight.
