One of the heads is on the first floor on the other side of the tiger statue. The other two are on the second floor.Glacias has one and the golems guard the other.

That you are. The entire map changes when you get ownership of the Keep. Many have lost precious items when they were awarded with their stronghold just because they figured they might return later and collect them. :-(

I missed the head in the Golem room too. So I just used the console to get the FOA. I believe the item code is "blun14". I couldn't find anyone who would buy the 2 headed flail. Since I felt bad about having to cheat I just dumped it in a barrel (I kept the full flail tho...I'm not crazy) Also, anytime I kick someone out of the party who is carrying the flail it automatically migrates to my PC...Strange.

It seems to be regarded as a "quest-important" item. ANY such item is ALWAYS dumped on your main, when the character having it leaves your party. Pretty annoying when it is an item that changes the number of spell slots for a given level ...

I think BGII uses the same format as BGI. The page below has links on it that tell you how to use the console and all of the item codes.
Use them sparingly otherwise you take all of the fun out of the game

Forget the console thing ! Try Shadow Keeper editor it's much better and more powerful. Heh i'm not promoting anyone or something but it's true that it's much better than console thing.

Shadowkeeper is alot easier to use, but it tends to bug some items when you try and create it. Like if you created Boots of Speed directly into a character's feet slot. It doesn't have any effect and you can't take it off, for some odd reason. A couple of other items have similar problems.
