XP Cap Removal

Hmmm...I'm still doing pros vs. cons with this. Cons: I dun know if hacked will mess with with Neverwinter Nights Importation. Would official make me HACKED--forcing me to play online with people with their +1000 magic resistence gear and such. Pros: Um, I get Time Stop. RP reasons. QUESTIONS: If I remove cap and get to lvl 18, or up to lvl 20. Will the gain of lvls let me memorize more spells per lvl? EXAMPLE: Memorise 4 lvl 9 spells at lvl 25? If they capped you before lvl 9 spells, would they even have programmed in gaining more spells in 17+? I thought I'd hear other people's opinions before I decide what to do.
