I'm new to RPG's so how do you change clothes and hair style, I click on the buttons and nothing happens.

It sounds like you're playing the original release of Dungeon Lords. To get character configuration to work, you'll need to [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/dungeonlords/downloads.php"]download the 1.4 patch[/url].
