Is there any other place in the game to get the assassins shirt besides the trader at twinblades camp?

Yes there is.. U could try the wondering merciants..various shops sell it to.. anyway when u want a nice assasin suite.. go to snowspire village and search the houses for the fire assasin suit..

You could always look them up in the equipment database, too...

Oh, and don't forget that there is a full assasin set scattered in chest all over Albion (save the gloves, I think)...

you could buy full assasin at darkwood camp for cheep.

Does that full set include the hood...because I have never seen one and I dont think it is in the equipment database...do assassin hood even exist?

If u mean the assasin suite the Elite bandits wear the answer is: No
U cannot obtain it
I belive u can modding the game.. But not on original
