i got all these already:
Thunder's sheild(dunno why its a melee weapon)
The Slayer(big red bandit's sword)
Scythe's scythe
Thunder's sword
The avenger(looks little different though)
Whsiper's staff
Maze's Staff
Undead sword(the large undeads with blue arms)
Hobbe Staff
Lady grey's house deeds(a bow)
Blast box
lightning gernade
enflame gernade(whisper's gernades)
slow time gernade
bandit elite crossbow
bandit crossbow
shortsword
longsword
all the reapeater's including the harvester

It's not possible to get any other Heroes' weapons and armour.

It is through mods, there`s one [url="http://fabletlcmod.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=317&start=0&"]here[/url] that adds eevry single weapon in the game, including NPC one`s to chests near the Guild
