Can anyone tell me where I can find it? Apparently It's got 100% resist magicka...... :mischief:

the only place ive seen it is in the Arena. one of the combatants has it,but since you cant loot their bodies after you kill them, you cant get it :/

That's so incredibly dissapointing. Why make such a sweet item and put it in the game (with a sweet name and everthing!!) if it's entirely unattainable? There's got to be another way... hmmmm.........

there's a mod for a staff of stealing or something like that. if you cast it it takes everything on the npc's person. this even works with arena battles.

is it a mod for aaaaaaaaaaa....... XBOX360????? Foiled again by my preference for xboxes....

Same here! I had just bought a 360, for $400, and bought Oblivion. I started playing it, loved it, and looked it up on the internet. I found out it was for the PC. I looked at how much it would have cost me to upgrade my computer. Guess how much? $400. Wow, was I mad. I just hope Bethesda releases, somehow, user mods for Oblivion... (Maybe using the XP Media Center connection? The one where you link your comp and 360...)

after i killed the guy it was laying next to his body
