Advent Children
I'm kinda surprised that no one has posted anything about the new FF movie. I personally never really got as far into the FF series as alot of people but I've played most of the games. I picked up a copy of Advent Children in May and I've prolly watched it a few dozen times, I think that it's an amazing movie...What do you guys think?

I think you're trying to get a high post count (try SYM's SS
).
As for the movie, I haven't seen it, but I've been told it's pretty good.
It doesn't seem to be talked about much, maybe it's more of a cult movie?

The movie was good, sure. Nicely created, but I didn't like it that much. I suppose I was hoping it to be FF X or something

I watched the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children movie before. The beginning was slow paced and boring at some parts but during the later parts of the movie, it heats up and there's more action. Overall, it was an okay movie. Its much better than Spirits Within, to be honest, but not a great movie.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

I really enjoyed the movie, I must admit I'm not a fan of Final Fantasy but never the less liked and understood what happened. The main character Cloud was a little too emo for my liking though, graphics and art direction were awesome though.
