I need help!!!!!

I have been playing oblivion for awile and i am almost done.I am a level 18 at the part where you must get aid for bruma.But before i started that quest a had gotten vampirisim (became a vampire) i went threw the quest to cure it and went to skingrad to give the potion to the count and collect my reward but i never got it and he keeps on saying "Please Go" now that i am on the aid for bruma it wont let me talk to him to send aid now i cant complete the game what do I do?!?!?!?!?!?

First off, include something with "spoiler" in the thread info (and go read all the stickies, especially the one about spoiler info)
It's been a while since I did the cure quest, but could it be you need to talk to the witch first?

You do not need to get aid from all the cities or any of them for that matter. You can do the quest with 1 city or all of them. It just depends on the extra NPCs that help you during the great gate part. Just skip skingrad and continue having fun.
