OK...This is making me really frustrated. I was doing a quest and some how was kicked out of the mages guild. Now i have to find 20 redwort flowers, and 20 dragon tounges. Does anyone know where to find them? Ive bought a few off of merchants but cant seem to find any anywhere else. All your help is appreciated thanks. Jason

hey if u dont want load a file or dont have one just look on your map, go down near layowiin and on the map where it says blackwood they are located on the little flag of the D they are near a little lake, you can visit
planetelderscrolls.com and go to there map archive to see what im talking about or go to ign.com and look up oblivion walkthroughs and find it

Did you guys ever learn to spell? Words, I mean.

Anyway:

Dragon TONGUE can be found SE of Bravil. And if you have found Bawn there are quite a lot S of there as well. Bawn is SE of Bravil and S of Bawnwatch Camp - if you have done the Forlorn Watchman quest.

Why don't you check your previous post on the same subject? You have a number of responses there.

I had the same problem.

I were in that city were the houses hang over the gateways and their are flowers hanging from the windows, I were supposed to help the Mage Guild Leader to get an missing person back who she had sent to an remote cave to study, I went their and faced some abominations, with the use of some magic I were succesfull in putting them down to their last rest (hopefully). Then when I met the student there I forgot that he counted that place as he's home... so, he got mad at me when I took some of the gold in an chest there. I then went back to the person in the city who refused to talk to me, she said I would have to talk to an person in the Arcane University.

I went there and talked to him. He then gave me the orders to get 20x of these flowers, so I went to the alchemist in town in hope to be able to ask him were I might find these flowers, he didn't have any answer (nor did the other one in the other store) but atleast they sold me some flowers.

To my supprise the person who I were supposed to 'save' from the cave were still following me. But thats not bad since he helped me to get rid of some skelettons in an cave.

Then I found this post on the forum, after that I went to the lake South of Bravil were I found loads of flowers! They were everywere! The areas in this game really is beutifull. Then I collected all flowers I could find and went back to the person in the Arcane University, I then were forgiven for my looting of the chest and were able to gain one level thanks to my increased skill in alchemy and return to the Town-with-hanging-flowers-from-the-windows and return the missing student.

I've edited your thread for you, Jason21, but I hope you remember to do it next time.

I know its heavily frowned upon, but if you are really stuck in a corner with this and you have no other alternative, I know a way to replicate items in your inventory, so if you have at least one of each you can get the required amounts. This is an absolute last resort, but if you need it let me know.
