Will evil characters leave your group in TOB if your rep. gets too high just like in SOA? Or will they just whine about it alot?

Actually, it's both

they will whine if you reputation isn't 19 or 20 yet and leave when reach the mark.

Spineles isn't totally right.
No party member will leave your group because of reputation reasons in ToB. This happens only in SoA.
