how do you use mods? help please!!

i found some mods but i dont know how to use them, do you need a hook-up to a p/c or something else?

You must have the PC version of Morrowind to use mods. Before we go any further--are you running it, or the Xbox version?

If it is the PC version, then I found
Starting Out With Mods very useful in getting to grips with using mods.

i have the xbox version, can you connect to the p/c and go from there?

As far as I know you cannot use mods on the Xbox version.
