i've checked all the fourms so unless you can find one please tell... i need to know how mant live in need to give to the chaple of skorm

As what someone has stated previously somewhere, you can use mercenaries (good ones) and sacrifice them at the chapel of Skorm to get it (had to be midnight or early morning for best results).
