Ok i lost my instruction manual, so i was wondering what does sanctuary do and what exactly do some abilities like eye of fear do their not well explained....like 100 points of something to humanoid ? what the hell

Sanctuary is like an evasionary type ability(greater chance enemies will miss) and eye of fear I got no clue.

santuary increases your dodge rating, and eye of fear increses your opponents flee rating (khajit power i belive)

sanctuary makes u hard to hit. eye of fear does demoralize humanoid. im not quite sure what is included in "humanoid" but i never use demoralize spells anyway. they make things run away. i like them to stay still
