I missed the opportunity to take a quest, particularly the bounty hunt quest. Is there a way i can do this quest again? Or do i miss out on the opportunity on the "secret" weapon?

I think that 'Bounty Hunt' quest will still be at the Heroes' Guild. Just go back there and check again. If that doesn't work, I'm sorry I can't be of much help here.
