I have wait the night falls down in middle of the dock, on the plataform bellow and never find Mook!!
I return to Aran to check if something nappens without my presence but he asks me if I have found Mook and the only answer I can choose is "not yet".
Someone can help???

Have you tried waiting until the middle of the night to go down there. If not give that a try because the same thing happend to me and I just had to wait it out. You may also want to try loading a previously saved game and getting the quest again. This may be a bug but its not the only one.
