Sorry i know this prolly has been discussed alot before, but im kinda retarded and dont understand when i tried search on this.

Im lvl 9 now, and want to dual to thief, How?

Im a Elf, with 19 dex stats.

I doubt you're retarded. I suggest you use search, however, because that's what it's there for, and the site owner won't permit duplicative threads. I searched on kensai, then did a CTRL+F on thief, and found a very detailed thread on the fourth page with lots of info.
