Caisus Thinks I have corprus but I dont. He keeps sending me to tel fyr. I dont Have any signs of having corprus and the tel fyr people have no conversation options that touch on me having it. Im level four and just finished the puxxle box quest.

Suggestions that dont involve starting over would be greatly appriciated.

Have you patched the game?

Don't worry, it happened to me too. I think there's some quest dialogue that involves corpus, then it triggers on him too.

Just ignore him and keep doing the quests, it'll catch up soon (albeit with a part of the game spoiled).

Sorry I dont understand your response. Are you saying I should just do the sidequests? Currently I cant advance beyond the 3rd or 4th quest in the "main" story line since Caius wont say anything but "go get healed". Should I try to actually get corprus? If so how do I do that?

Oh, I didn't realise it was reading it as the quest.

In mine, I just had the topic of corpus, not the quest of it. Well, it is possible to get corpus, by fighting corpus monsters, though it could be rare, and not helped if you have disease resistance.

No, no symptoms, as far as i can tell only Caius thinks i have it. According to the walkthrough here (I have just returned from the sharn gromuzgob quest.) I should have 5 more quests before the topic of corprus is even brought up. http://www.gamebanshee.com/morrowind/lo ... /sharn.php

I did go see they guy and all his daughters and though they talk about corprus there is never a dialog option that references me or curing or potion or well anything useful. I even went and hung out in the corprusarium hoping to catch it so I can cure it but no luck.

I have since tried playing with console commands. "Curing myself" doesn’t help. So far the only thing that has helped in forcing a journel entry. unfortunately this jumps me past 5 quests. I did find reference to this bug in other forums and no one had a solution.

Long story short I have decided to just start over. Thanks for the help though.
