Problemo

so...yeah. i have a problem.
i want all my stats maxed out, but there are some skills that i cant get up to lvl 4, like drain life or berserk. What should i do?

I remember that I managed to reach up till level 4 for berserk even though my character is fully good.
EDIT: What car_kidz had mentioned was actually correct. You can only reach up till level 3 for berserk if you're good. Sorry for the misinformation.
