Jaheria's Locket

I just completed Jaheria's curse quest, and now I understand that I should buy her a locket from a merchant in the docks district. Could someone please tell me where this merchant is?

Near the temple of Oghma? I don't see any merchants whatsoever anywhere near there. What am I doing wrong?

I completed the Jaheira curse quest and didn't get any mention of a "locket"! Should I try to find one anyway?

Foul, the locket is one of a couple hidden tasks that you MUST complete if you would like to complete the Jeheira romance. I finished Jaheira's romance last night I found it quite rewarding, how sad am I?
BTW anyone know what type of dialog you have with her after this? I have over half the game to go.

He is there, near the temple but he have a name not just merchent.
Bioware was very funny, 3 options for a male but only one that have a nice ending, the females have only one but that one ends OK.
