Hey, I was chasing Sarevok into the maze when I realized I forgot about a couple of items. The last one I need to find is the Cloak of Balduran. I had thought it was in the Undercellars but I spent the better part of an hour searching there and came up empty handed.

I also need to know how to get to those Island quests. They never did show on my map and I have talked with nearly everybody in Baldur's Gate. I may not do them since my XP is maxed out but there may be some nice items. I have already started my next run through with a fighter-->thief so I plan to go to the areas I missed out on this trip.

The Cloak of Balduran is indeed in the Undercellars and is worn by one of the girls in a room.

To get to the ToTSC areas, you just need to exit Baldur's Gate, cross the bridge, and go to the Ulgoth's Beard area.

Need help finding a cloak

Whilst the previous answer gives the answer to your question, you have obviously missed out on an interesting subquest. Enter the southernmost house in the North-West sector. There are quite a few rough guys in there. Either fight them or avoid them and speak to a mage inside. He will give you a quest. Be nice to the guys you meet and you will be pointed in the direction of the cloak. I was wondering if you had his helmet as well. I found it using common sense, but it can be found as part of this quest.
