ok i searched the forums and i dont think theres anythin else on this(im probly rong, but i couldnt find them)
on some spell effects, im not sure exactly how they work. like spell absorption. does spell absorption 50 pts mean u absorb 50 pts of magic damage, or 50 pts of magicka, or hav a 50% chance of absorbing it? or is it something completely different? another one is sanctuary. kinda the same thing, but it still confuses me. more are the absorb (insert something here) spells. iv heard that you absorb the stat and then when the effect is over, they get all that you took back. including health. i dont really see the point of any absorbs short of about a million seconds then. thanks to anyone who replies!

Spell absorption 50pt means you have a 50% chance of absorbing the spell. Not sure about sanctuary but I think it adds the value to the chance of the attacker missing when trying to hit you.

Yep, sanctuary adds to your %. Which means, if you get 100 pts of sanctuary... you have 100% dodge and take no damage.

thanks! and another i thought of is defense. (sorry if this is in the manual, i never got one. i bought the game from a friend and he lost it) what does the number mean? i would think that the armor rating of the armor piece would be the defense, but it isn't. thanks for help on this too.
