i'm an enchanter and i wanted to know if anyone knew what object has the highest enchantment level. and if it is armor or a weapon then what item (as in amulet or ring, something that won't affect changing armor or weapon while scrolling through magic) has the highest enchantments. also, can i get directions to this item?

For clothing, rings and amulets, the exquisite hold the most and can be found in a lot of different places - try rich people's wardrobes and in smuggler's caves

And i belive the daedric tower shield holds the most chatges in the game.

should have searched for this before though as it has been covered before (i know, it was why i started using this site )
