Alrighty... I just got Oblivion, and I played a few hours but I cant find anyone who could meke me some cool, effective spells

Should I just play and soon i ll find someone or my worst nightmare comes true?

To get access to spellmaking you need to join the Mages' Guild, receive a recommendation from each Guild "outpost" (there's one in every city) and thus gaining access to the Arcane University (Imperial City) and its spellmaking/enchanting quarters.

Or, you could get the Wizard's Tower mod and (almost) instantly gain access to a spellmaking altar.

Third option (if you are on PC) would be to just get any mod that adds a new means to access spellmaking (houses/items for example).

but now I have an even bigger problem ..... and dont laugh at me ! lol )
I dont know how to delete spells that I dont need anymore..... I have created a healing spell, ah.. *embaressed* ...SADLY I didnt changed it to 'self', and so it became 'touch'... I want to get rid of it and I just dunno how to can you help me?

There's no way to remove obsolete spells from your list on the 360. If you're on PC there's a console command to do it but I'm not sure of the syntax. You could search this forum or Google it.

I can only hope you are wrong........ there must be a 'legal' (mean: non-console) way removing spells... I mean ... ugh....they must had think about that...

I know, they did in morowind (shift+click=delete spell) ....hell, WHY not in OBLIVION??!!

(dear reader if ya know anything about deleting spells plz tell me...... thx)

Short answer: You can't.

But you can use that spell to heal the companions you sometimes have to work with.
