Can't Leave Fargrove, warps to Sewer

What a weird bug. Regardless of which exit I use, it warps me to the sewer. Any thoughts to help out there?
What game version do you have? Do you have the recent 1.4 update? Or do you have version 1.5CE...as that is what I have.
Do you have previous save files?
Have you tried going back into the theatre and then back out to the Fargrove exits?
I never had this problem, and I have started out over a dozen characters.
If you get really frustruated, I suppose you could start anew...seeing how you're not dreadfully too far into the game. But, still, it is a shame if you can't get the storyline and game to continue.
