I want to rob from vendors but I always get caught, I even tried drinking two (2) potions of master theiver but I still can't rip off a sword from Bernard at the Copper Cornet. Thanks,

@Horatio, Bernard's a tough one--don't start with him. Try some of the vendors in Waukeen's Promenade. They're fairly easy marks. So are a few over in Trademeet, oddly enough.
