HijackThis Logfile Questions - (no name)

Hmmm, back on GameBanshee eariler than expected. 
I was wondering if my (no name) processes can be removed without problem from my HijackThis logfile? From what I remember, I can, but it's been a long time since I did anything related to this. A reminder would be nice.
