need help getting to winspear hills

Hello, I Talked to John Firkraag (spelling?) in the copper coronet and recieved the quest to go to windspear hills, a while ago. I remember it being on my map as a place I could travel to, but now I can't. Anyone know why that is? I see it in my quest log but it won't let me travel there....

Is the Windspear Hills area Greyed out? If so, you have to go to the City Gates area in Athkatla first before you can travel outside of the city.

It's greyed out, but I have already done the tradesmeet quest D'Arnese Hold and a few other quests outside the city, so I don't understand why it is grey. I can currently go to the druid grove, D'Arnese Hold, Umar Hills, Watchers Keep, Tradesmeet and the City.... any suggestions? this wasn't a timed quest was it?

Its not a timed quest cos I quite often leave it til just before I finish Chapter 3. Try leaving the other areas in different directions to see if that makes it accessible.

Ok thanks! You were right, apparently I have to travel there from tradesmeet... thanks a bunch!
