Did we get any indication at all throughout the game just how old the Nameless One was/could of beem?
Was it mentioned that he was involved in certain events that happened several thousand years ago?
It's been quite a while since I touched Torment and nothings really coming to mind.

We do not know how old the Namless One is.
We know that he is an immortal.
I believe that he was made immortal before the Queen of Blades imprisoned Ravel in the maze though.
You can probably figure it out if you check out some D&D resourcers and look up the history of Sigil.

No, we never got to know how old he was, or was his real name was. Throughout the game there was a lot of mentionings however, about accidents that very likely could've been his doing.
But no, nothing is for sure. My bet is that he's kinda old though
