Need Help Finishing Out my Hatamoto

1)I must admit that I have never finished this game, and that I constantly start characters up and just build them...so I'm not sure about returning the relics back to the Castle in Talendor. Do you only get "+3 To Each Attribute Point" just once after returning Galadorn's Horn? Or do you get "+3 To Each Attribute Point" each time you return one of the five relics...meaning "+15 To Each Attribute" after all five relics are returned?
2)Do I need to take Inspect Trap and Disarm Trap any higher than skill level 11 to get all the equipment that I want to get? I just want to obtain all the Deathlord set, Kama of the Void, and maybe a powerful medium/heavy weapon. Although, I am very satisfied with the "Totemic Runemace, 7-17dmg, 40%stun" as being my main hand weapon.
-I currently have equipped the [Deathlord Chest "+22AC"], [Deathlord Shoulders "+12AC"], [Guilded Gold Gloves "+10AC"], [Heavy Belt-forgot the name- "+9AC, +10%psn resist"], [Plate Boots "+8AC"], [Plate Leggings "+10AC"], [Imperial Helm "+6AC, +4Parry], [Kama of the Moon], [Totemic Runemace].
3)If I do not need more skill points put into Inspect Trap and Disarm Trap, would it be a good idea to keep upp'ing Inflict Wounds, Critical Strike, Arcane Magic, Parry, Scribe?
-Critical Strike at skill level 11, with Eagle Herald (+5%Crit)...seems to kill enemies (Brim Soldiers/Brim Warlocks, Deathspiders, Golden Scorpions, and most creatures with 1500exp-2500exp) on either the 2nd to 3rd strike most of the time, if they are still alive.
-Also, is there any point in adding more skill levels to the "Dual Wield Skill"?
4)How many skill points need to be in Inflict Wounds for it to be able to work on Moonbeasts? As eleven skill points don't seem to be enough to get it to work. Level 10 Inflict Wounds does work on firedrakes, but I can't seem to get firedrakes to spawn on a consistant manner (in the firedrake roost).
5)Does weapons with +XX%bleeding stack with Inflict Wounds, or does the weaker value get cancelled out?
