gotos telos quest

how would i complete his telos quest? i have done his onderon and dantooine quest. and i havent talked to vogga about fuel!
in order to complete the fuel quest you must dowload a fix from:
Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Restoration Project - Downloads
then, before going to jekk'jekk tarr you should talk with voga about Exchange and accept to kill Goto.
Finally(after destroying Goto's ship) talk with Voga then return to telos and talk with Grenn...
I'm not sure but if you didn't talk with Voga before going to Jekk'Jekk Tarr you still can talk with him and say "ı've aldready done it!"(but as ı said : ı'm not sure...)
