Are they still maxed at 20 combined as the original NWN manual says? Or do the mods increase that max level? Thanx.

Reason: I have a fighter I want to switch to a wizard at lv5 and still want access to lv9 spells.

You have Diamond Edition, right? Level cap is set at 40.
