I am working on the Arrow of Extrication quest and am in the Wizzard's Grove, in the water. I killed two slaughterfish, went down under water, in a tunnel and encountered the giant Slaughterfish. I finally killed it and now cannot find my way on to another area. I am stuck in the water...where is the exit?

You need to look up. See that hole in the roof? It's the hole you went into when you met the giant slaughterfish!
When you go back through there, look up again, and you will see beams of light above you. Swim up towards them. When you get to the surface, check the map to locate a passage entrance a little way below the surface of the water. Locate your character above the map point, then SLOWLY glide down to it. It's easy to miss.
It helps a lot if you have an item of Nighteye or Light; a spell will do, but a 'constant' Nighteye is better.
