im am on the quest permanent retirement and when i shoot him with the arrow that they give me he does not die infact far from it i dont know what to do can somone please give me some insight

spoiler: The arrow won't work if he's wearing armor. Follow him around until he goes for a swim and whack him then.

Or don't use the arrow...
You can kill him normally without the arrow. The arrow just makes it...cleaner.

well i figured that out that he was gonna take his amor off in the pool but when i shot him he wouldent die so i waited for him to go into the pub i followed him up the stairs and waited for him to sit down and attacked him then jumped across and stood on the chandelier and attacked him and his croney from there but thanks for the insight guys :laugh: :laugh:

once i was doing the quest and a mythic dawn agent appeared and kill adamiuis or whoever he was. so i just took his finger and key and finshed the quest with no bounty. but i never get bounties anyway.
