Anyone ever heard about...

Years ago I came across a downloadable rpg tool called Kloodge works or kludge works or some variant of this name. from what I remember it was a downloadable program for creating rpgs and playing aids all together in one program. Anyway, I can't seem to find it anywhere and was wondering if anyone reading this could let me know if you have heard of or even better know where I could get a copy of this software?
