Could you be more descriptive please? When you say attack, do you mean your chance to hit, or do you mean the damage you deal to an enemy?

my chance to hit.My attack should be 10+5 but sometimes its 1-4 when i look at my character sheet.

So is this just in the rolling and you're not hitting or do you have something like a red number or a bug (or something that really just shouldn't be there that lowers your attack)?

there is no any red numbers or magic effects:speech:

Then it's prolly just the game rolling low. The entire game is based off of the D20 system of Dungeons and Dragons, meaning they roll a 20 sided dice a LOT in the game. Or rather, you have a chance of getting 1 to 20 in a randomized list, and you add your attack bonus.

It is most likely something normal.

But isnt it "attack+d20"?That ATTACK BONUS GETS LOW

Yes, HOW does it get low. We can't help you if we don't know what you're talking about.

first it is 10+5 and suddenly its 1-4 and sometimes if i load my old game its normal again

Then most likely you are fighting enemies that lower your attack. Spells can do that to you. But, as I said before, lest you can go deeper than "My attack is lowered, what do I do" then it's hard to help you.

Try to post some screenshots so we know what you are talking about, because frankly - I can't figure out what you mean.
Otherwise, try posting more descriptive what the issue is then "my attack gets low".

All characters in 3rd ed have an attack bonus progression. That means they make multiple attacks in a round with warrior types having the best.

Are you sure you are not referring to the second and third attack in a ROUND which gets a lower attack bonus than the first? Note your character sheet to see the attack bonuses you get.

Please use the edit function, instead of posting multiple posts in a row.

That doesn't matter. You can use the print scrn button and then find the files (Or create one in paint yourself if it doesn't make it on it's own) then take a floppy and copy them to the computer you're using.
