At the St. Olms canton in Vivec, at the Tailers and Dyers Hall, they sell exquisite pants and shirts.

I'm pretty sure that I found an exquisite belt at the clothier in the canalworks, Foreign Quarter Vivec. I also think that this merchant may have an exquisite ring or two.

I don't use gloves or shoes, so I don't know about that.

The clothier on Tel Vos also sells quite a lot of exquisite clothing.

Outside Pelagiad there is this woman who carries some Gloves. exquisite or extravagant i'm not sure but it's worth a try. I've killed her quite a few times and still don't rememeber, but anyways like I said...

She's part of a quest... Going around randomly killing NPCs for their items tends to lead to quests being broken.
Of course, if you are *only* playing the game for the purpose of building a powerful character that can eliminate anything that moves in one stroke, I suppose this is not an issue.

She isn't an important quest that evolves into more quests for like a guild or something though.
