Okay so I was talking to an orc in a two story home (By himeself only) in Balmora who told me a guy at the Fort Moonmoth, Legion Champion Larrius Varra, wanted to speak to me. I did talk to him and he said something about bad people and I need to kill them. he said he doesn't know there names but there all in Balmora and there all working for the Camonna Tong and I can find there names from the Theives guild. I found them out and now i'm lost. Where are they and how do I kill them without getting nabbed by the law.
