Call me whiny, but I don't like how Venus' cut was reduced from $250 to half of it.

You can only visit her for a max of around 6-7 times in the game to get paid $125 now, while Boris will just pay you $1000 in advance for killing her right off the bat. And that’s if you somehow successfully get past his doorman and negotiate a contract with him. Correct me if I’m wrong, but you’ll also take a humanity hit for killing Venus too, and this isn’t good for Toreadors playing (like me).

It was better before – you had a choice of either killing Venus if you were impatient (at a cost to your Humanity), or you could periodically visit Venus for even more money (at cost to extra time running in and out).

I need to stress that this is a major source of income for vampires not skilled with Haggling, so I think that in the next patch the money cut should be returned back to at least $200, if not $250.

Well a lot of guys on the planet vampire forum thought $250 was too much as originally you got only $80. I thought $125 was a good compromise and you must also remember, that when you visit her not immedeately after each sidequest you will still get $250!

Originally you get 250, not 80. You only get 80 if you visit her too soon. (e.g. before you report to Lacroix).

Exactly. Now with the latest patch you'll get $125 instead of $80 and $250 as usual...
