Hey I'm playing druid and want to shift to the shifter class as soon as possible. Mainly to get the dragon shape feat but I have some questions:

what abillities do you get ? Just the basic? Or do you get special abillities and spell-like abillities as well?

And my other question: What "kind" of wisdom is needed at 30+ to get the feat (base, base+great wis feat, base+great wis feat+items, etc. ?)

Well, I'll redirect you to Game Banshee's Neverwinter Nights section, right to the http://www.gamebanshee.com/neverwinternights/classes/shifter.php"]Shifter class.

For the Humanoid Shape, you get to turn into a Drow Warrior, A Kobold Cheftain or a Lizardman. Note that almost all of the forms have special abilities.

The way of getting to 30 Wisdom depends on how much you start at. From all of the points you gain from leveling alone, you should have 10 to spend towards Wisdom. So, assuming that you start at 18 and spend the ten points recieved from leveling on Wisdom, you'd need to take the Great Wisdom feat twice.

Also, I would like to add that in order to shape shift into a dragon, you do not need to be a Shifter. A druid can transform into a dragon as well, by having at least 30 Wisdom and being at least level 21.

I would like to point out that you only get 5 attribute points to allocate by the time you reach 20th level (1/4 levels). This makes a direct impact on things. If you start with an 18 Wis, by level 20 you will have 23 Wisdom. If you take a feat every 3rd level to get Great Wisdom and use the attribute increase every 4th level, you can reach 30 Wis by level 32 if you spend every epic feat and attribute bonus on wisdom (21st, 24th, 27th, 30th feats and 24th, 28th, 32nd attribut increases). So, you have to wait until 30th level before you can use that feat if you spend every attribute increase and every epic level feat on improving wisdom when starting with an 18 wisdom.

what about?

what if i follow this resepie (keep in mind that I start with 18 wis, take wis every 4 lvl and take great wis every time i can until i can get dragon shape: Take druid lvl until I can take shifter lvl's. And then take shifter lvls until I meet the requirements: epic shifter (or druid) and 6 wild shape/day (by taking the shifter lvls). Then I take fighter lvls to get extra feats (for great wis) until I have 30 wis and take dragon shape. Then I can go back to shifter just for class abillities.

if I take pure druid or druid/shifter, I'll get wild shape 6/day and epic druid or shifter a long time before I'll get 30 wis. That's why when I'll have other req I'll go for fighter for extra fast wis.

WILL THIS WORK? WILL I HAVE MULTI-CLASS PROBLEMS? (I'm half elf)

Won't work. Fighter bonus feats draws from a select list of combat related feats and Great Wisdom doesn't qualify. As per the NWN wiki, epic shifter gets bonus feats every 3 levels (13, 16 etc). So starting 18 wisdom, means a druid 10/shifter 18 could get 30 wisdom. 3 Great wisdom for the regular feats at character level 21, 24 and 27 , 2 Great Wisdom feats for the Epic shifter bonus feats at level 13 and 16 (character level 23 and 26) plus 7 wisdom from boosting this stat every 4 levels up to level 28. That means you can then select Dragon Shape for the Epic shifter level 19 bonus feat (or character level 29).
