I was thinking of taking Aerie and Jan as my onl two NPC's.
Possible choices for main character:
Gnome Fighter/Illusionist or another Thief/Illusionist.
Elf or half-elf Fighter/Mage/Thief
Probably half-elf Blade
Berserker dualled to mage at level 9.
Or throw in Haer'Dalis and do a single class mage or sorcerer. I just don't really want Haer'Dalis to **** up my romance.
