Hi

I managed to mess up in saving and put both of my quicksaves at a period of time when in castle fargrove and you free the guards. The problem is that the guards got bottled up fighting borrogrim soldiers. There is a whole pack of guards and the king all at the mouth of the tunnel stuck. I am behind them and can't get beyond

I tried reloading but they remain there. I can go all the way back in my game before ulm but thats kinda a pain in the buttox plus a lot of lost xp. I also tried fireballing all the guards but they are immortal.

Any ideas? As far as I know I'd need a moongate in order to teleport.

Update: I managed to solve the problem by reloading the CF (don't ask what CF stands for ya know) and having eventually half the guards make it up the stairs. Then I put a point in athletics and leaping lords leaped over them. So the king is stuck in the dungeon LOL

Yeah that happened to me to but i was able to just backflip over them so it wasn't a big deal.:mischief:

Another option is to hit the pile with fireballs or whatever magic to kill the 'grims, (the guards of course are not hurt) so that the guards can move forward.

Oops, didn't see the update. I know the fireballs did kill the barrowgrims and pushing forward caused the pile to eventually move. Mebbe I jest gots lucky! (arcane level 11)

all of those ways work, but here is a way that you won't loose anything. walk back and press shift. that talks to the guards, and they move towards you. then you can get infront of that one, then all the others.

i usually dont run into this problem i just kill all the grims before i release anyone then any that show up afterward are usually dead beore i get to the king

i like dragons idea too though its unique
