Finding the Lizardmen Chieftain (spoilers)

During the quest in the Highcliff castle, after defeating the undead and rescuing he lizardmen, i turned down their offer to meet their chieftain as i rather preferred to loot the remaining parts of the dungeon rather then returning there later. However, when i attempted to find the camp on the world travel map or speak with slaan to go there i was unable to do either.
So my question is, how do i go to the lizardmen camp?

Did the same, spoke to Slaan and the cutscene started.

Instead of agreeing not to kill Slaan, you actually have to kill him. When you do you will find a map (and no other loot on his body) and the Lizzardmen cave will show up on your map.
I recommend doing this as you get WAY more XP this way as you have to kill ~50 lizzardman warriors/shamans/etc

Damnit! I was afraid of that.
I'd opted to solve things peacefully with the lizardman chieftain only to find I couldn't go back to his lair to murder them afterwards! Curse you Obsidian!

Ignore my whining
I found out that by holdin the right mouse button down on slaan i was able to conversate with him, thus enabling further travel to Neverwinter.
