I was just wondering if it was possible to edit the game (or the PC char file) so you could change it's model to another creature in the game? by this i mean keeping the stats of say a halfling but changing the model to a goblin.
For example replacing the Half orc model with the orc model.
it'd make for some interesting characters if it is possible

use ctrl-6 and scroll through the possibilities if you have the cheat keys on.

as someone said, use shadow keeper. DOn't bother with that CTRL 6 thing, because, even if you save it, it won't save your model.
download the latest version of shadowkeeper, it won't be too hard to find the option for that, but be warned, not all models are meant to be pcs. You can't have an Oyutugh looking pc use hardiness, the game will crash. some sprites aren't in everything.
I personally changed my sorcerer to look like a monk (no, not the class, kinda like a cowled wizard) and i used it to change minsc so he looked like a pirate.

if you enbable the CLUA debug cheats you can scroll through every model in the game by selecting the desired character and pressing ctr-somthing I think 6 or maybe 8
