Hey, I ahve recently been unable to remove the "ring of vipereye" from my inventory. It says that It cannot remove this quest item, what quest is this? whrere can i access this quest?

It's a glitch, one of several items that can never be dropped (most are actual quest items, although that particular one is a quest reward). The only way to get rid of them is with a console code on PC, on 360 you're stuck with 'em. Fortunately, most of them weigh 0 so it's not that big a deal, they just clutter up your inventory screen.

If you're into unfair advantages, there's a glitch you can do to get the abilities of the ring permanently without actually wearing it. I would offer some insight on how to do this, but I'm afraid that I forgot how to do it myself. You could probably find out about that with a search.

To get the enchanted effects without having to wear the ring simply... put it on and comit a crime, go to jail and come out! YAY! free permentant effects!
