I picked up all the sarcophagen jewels and placed two of them in the statues in the southern section of the Irynthabl Maze. When I got to the third statue it was not spinning and there was no opening to place the last jewel in. The secret door is still closed and I can't get to the next section. Is this a bug? If not, what has to be done?

Solution

Finally solved the problem which was my own fault. Mia culpa!! When I ran through the game the second time there was no problem with the statues. I went back to my last save on the first game and looked in my equipment to see what was different. Lo and behold, I still had two sarcophagen jewels! Naturally the third statue can't accept a jewel until the second statue has received its jewel.
