Since I haven`t seen many posts on this, I`ll give it a shot myself. So just start firing out opinions!!!!
As far as I have seen, the axe of the uyielding hasn`t been very favoured, when it`s just awsome!!! Any insight on this?

Just like with classes, there is no objective way to determine which is the best weapon. Certainly, there are a few weapons which outstrip all others, but among those the one you think is 'the best' is your own preference.

I agree with Metatron whole-heartedly.

The are amongst my favorite weapons.
Axe - Axe Of The Unyielding +5
Barstard Sword - Foebane +5
Halberd - Ravenger +6
Two Handed Sword - Carsomyr 6+ and Soul Reaver 4+
Katana - Hindous Doom +4

My favorite single handed - Axe Of The Unyielding +5
Fav two handed - Ravenger +6
why? cause they chop of heads, thats why

Don't you mean "Hindo's DOOOOOOM"? I personally prefer longswords, so Angurduval (finally, a +5 longsword!)

Crom Faeyr - Yes I know its not a ToB weapon but its still among the best weapons out there. Outpaces the semi equivalent Angurvadal.

Flail of Ages +5 - awesome weapon, awesome effects, awesome damage.

Ravager +6 - 3-18 poison dmg if they dont save with each hit, +6, and vorpal. Best two hander IMO

Carsomyr +6 - Dispel effect is still very useful.

Axe of the Unyielding - Regen rate and vorpal effect, very nice weapon.

Foebane +5 - Not a spectacular weapon BUT you can get it VERY early in ToB. FoA was good in SoA because you could get it early, same is true for this weapon.

The Answerer - THE boss mob debuffer weapon to use.

Black Razor - Still among the best weapons out there. Fact its so powerful that I consider it cheesey to use it even though its only +3.

I think the most underappreciated weapon is the staff of the ram +6- I gave that to Jaheria and with it she seriosuly kicks butt- I don't think the 15% uncon is avoidable by spell save or resistance- so it pretty much works on any humanoid.
